Glass Fencing - Frameless

Fenceworks can offer four types of frameless glass fence. Fully frameless glass is suitable for pool fencing only (not to be used for balustrading).

Type 700 Low profile aluminium bottom rail. This system is mainly used where there is an existing pool so that the rail can be fixed directly to an existing surface. The glass is fixed in the bottom rail without the need for a top rail or posts. Glass type 12mm toughened glass with matching gates available.

Type 800 Aluminium bottom rail fitted inside a concrete channel giving the appearance of glass coming straight out of the ground. Type 800 is popular where a new pool is being constructed and a concrete channel can be poured at construction stage. The glass is fixed in the bottom rail without the need for a top rail or posts. Glass type 12mm toughened glass with matching gates available.

Type 900 Aluminium bottom legs fitted to the bottom of the glass panels and core drilled into concrete. Type 900 is popular where a new pool is being constructed or can be fixed directly to existing concrete or paving without the need for a concrete channel to be poured at construction stage. The glass is fixed in the bottom rail without the need for a top rail or posts. Glass type 12mm toughened glass with matching gates available.

Type 940 Patch fittings enable glass panels to be fixed directly to the side of a concrete structure. Glass type 12mm toughened glass.
